Born June 18, 1932, died January 24, 2016. Ben was born in Springfield, Missouri and grew up in Arlington, Texas. Preceded in death by his wife, Catherine Berg and his granddaughter, Genevieve Brazzell. He is survived by daughters, Bea Anne Berg (Chris Christopher) and Suzanne Brazzell (Keith); grandchildren, Amanda Berg, Daniel Slaven, Keith Jacob Brazzell and Gabi Brazzell. He is also survived by his sister, Anne Seldon from San Antonio; his dear friend, Darlene Kline and a host of lifelong friends. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Tucson Conquistadors or Pepe's House. A Visitation Service will be held at East Lawn Palms Mortuary, Friday, January 29, 2016 from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Rosary to begin at 7:30 p.m. Funeral Service Saturday, January 30, 2016 held at St. Thomas the Apostle at 10:30 a.m.
