Kenneth was blessed with a large family. Mostly because he wanted a son. His love of old cars and trucks was a hobby turned side hustle. Also known as a jack of all trades, pressing hair and brake repair was all in a day’s work. When he wasn’t hard at work, Kenneth enjoyed watching football and family vacations. He retired from a 34-year career as a heavy equipment operator with the City of Tucson water department.
God became the focal point of his life as he raised his young family. He heeded the calling of the Holy Spirit and provided the stability of an Adventist home. Kenneth was a committed church member, husband, father and man of God. He became an ordained elder at Tucson Sharon SDA church where he served his church family and community willingly and endlessly.
Kenneth is survived by his wife, Angela, and five children, LaNesha, Tabia, Naomi, Daryl and Nicole. His siblings, Joann, Joseph, II, Gale, Carolyn, David and Joseph, III; brothers-in-law Charles (Carolyn) and James (Gale); and sister-in-law Rose (David); 8 grandchildren (Leticia, Waylon, Reshana, Tyrell, Tyrese, Najah, Kenyonn, Makayla) and 7 great grandchildren (Tatianna, Elijah, Liana, Eddie, Elsie, Immaculii Phoenix, Le-Anthony). He is preceded in death by his parents Della Mae Harper and Joseph Harper, I and daughter Leticia Ann Brown.
He passed away March 30, 2022 and will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
