Kennedy Louis Wilson, age 56, passed away October 12, 2024, in Tucson, AZ. Kennedy was born August 8, 1968, in Gresham, Oregon, to James W. Wilson, Sr., and Lucille Kahclamat Wilson. He was preceded in death by his father James, Sr., brother Kurtis Matthew and sister Lorraine; grandparents Kennedy Kahclamat, Eva Babcock, and Earnest and Ida Wilson. He is survived by his mother Lucille, brothers James, Jr., Robert, and Christopher; he was a loving father to daughter Whitney and son Austin, grandpa to Isabella and Sophie, his companion of many years Kimberley, nieces Nicole and McKenna and nephews Trey, Joseph, Justin and Brandon; uncles Joseph and Harvey Kahclamat, aunt Edith Daugherty; uncle David Wilson including many other relatives and friends too numerous to list.
Kennedy lived most of his life in Tucson, AZ where he attended various schools in the Amphitheater School District. He worked in the automotive industry for many years making many friends with co-workers and customers alike and when he wasn't working, he loved bowling, traveling, biking, and spending time with family and friends. He was a member of the Yakama Nation, he loved traditional foods, especially fresh and dried salmon, huckleberries and roots, and when he had the chance, he enjoyed meeting his Yakama Nation relatives.
Funeral arrangements were private per his wishes and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
