Survived by his mother Pattie, Nana Deanis, Tata, Eddie and Grama Fresh; 4 brothers Ronnie, Joseph Benito and Angel; Tio Eric and nephew Sebastian, niece, Gucci and her mom Alyvette. Also survived by many family and friends.
Juan was a big fan of UFC: Israel Adesanya and Sean O Malley, and the Lakers.

A memorial service will be held Friday, December 29th from 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel, 7 East University Blvd, Tucson, Arizona 85705.
