Passed away at home on November 15,2023 at the age of 41. He leaves
behind his parents Richard and Theresa and sister Peggy, 11 aunts and
uncles and many cousins. Joe was generous and compassionate with
friends and welcomed many into his home, some stayed for years. He
kept a special friendship with his godparents Linda and John Patla,
meeting John weekly for coffee and Bible study. Joe enjoyed the beauty
of nature, hiking on Mt. Lemmon, playing chess, and bowling.
Appreciation goes to COPE Community Services for service and journey
with Joe. Family and friends have comfort in his belief in his favorite Bible
verse: John 3:16 (NIV) For God so loved the world that He gave His one
and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal
life. Friends may attend the Memorial Service on January 16 at 2:30 pm
at Funeraria del Angel South Lawn Chapel 5401 South Park AVE.
