Chavez, Joseph Timothy (Teo), born July 24, 1957 and passed away on July 7, 2015. Joseph was preceded in death by his mother Nancy Chavez and his son Joshua Chavez. Joseph is survived by Michelle Chavez and their three children Mackenzie Chavez, Sydney Chavez, and Mason (Madeline) Chavez; grandchildren, Luke Chavez and Connor Chavez; father, Victor (Sylvia) Chavez; siblings, Carlos (Angie) Chavez, Nadina Chavez, Ricardo (Donya Griffin) Chavez, and Yolanda (Kenny) Chavez. He also had many loving nephews and nieces, and extended family who loved him deeply. Joseph was a dedicated husband, father, and grandfather. He will be deeply missed.
