John was loved by many and learned to live life with God and love after converting through The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. He enjoyed driving fast and chatting with those who were willing to listen. John enlisted in the US Army at a young age of 17 and went on to serve on two 3-year deployments through 1968-1977. John was a man of courage and full of kindness. John enjoyed spending time with his wife “Ger” as he loved calling her. John and Ger are inseparable even after his untimely passing, they have spent all 18 years together side by side through the darkest and the best days. John was a respected family man of 26 children and grandchildren who all got to grow up with him. He loved each individually and formed bonds that will reach far beyond even he could imagine. John also had countless friends that he cherished through many stories and never forgot a name or a date of those who had the opportunity to cross paths with him. John will be dearly and deeply missed by all those he loved. So for now, John, rest in eternal peace until we meet again.
With Love, all of your family.
