Once upon a time
With saddened heart I let you know of the passing of the love of my life, my husband, Jerry. We had forty years of marriage. I wished it could have been more but I am grateful for the years we had. He was my Knight in Shining Armor, My Hero!
Jerry is survived by his wife, Christine, and was a very nice Step-Dad to Christine’s son, Michael Lynn Scully. The best grandfather to Jessica Scully Martinez (Angel), Michelle Lynn Scully and their Mom, Angel Foss (Robert). Angel is the best daughter-in-law Christine could have ever have. She is Christine’s “Special Angel”.
Jerry is survived by brother Michael K. Corlies (Lewand) Durango, CO; brother Kenneth R. Corlies (Barbara) Stratford, Missouri; and a lot of nieces and nephews.
I want to thank Adult Care Home, Desert Dreams, that is owned by Jose and Susan Topete. Their place is very homey and a loving place to be cared for. I thank Brian Pearson, Hospice Nurse, who was very good with Jerry and his care.
I also want to thank the crew at Desert Dreams, Marisol, Gracella-Cinderella, Maria and Crystal for caring for my husband.
I am very grateful you are FREE now, my Love, fly with the Angels. The memories are with me always and we made many. Thanks for the gifts.
