A small gift to Lucy and Tom Nelson..."A Death Has Occured" by Paul Irion. A death has occured and everything is changed. We are painfully aware that life can never be the same again, that yesterday is over, that relationships once rich have ended. But there is another way to look upon this truth. If life now went on the same, without the presence of the one who has died, we could only conclude that the life we remember made no contribution, filled no space, meant nothing. The fact that this person left behind a place that cannot be filled is a high tribute to this individual. Life can be the same after a trinket has been lost, but never after the loss of a treasure.

MOM!!  MY BEST FRIEND , MY LOVING MOM, YOU HAVE BEEN IN HEAVEN 6 WEEKS NOW AND AM SURE YOU HAVE TOUCHED AS MANY HEARTS UP THERE THAT YOU DID WHILE HERE WITH US. I MISS YOU MORE THEN ANYONE CAN KNOW , YOU WERE THERE FOR ME EVERYDAY MORNING OR NITE,EVEN NOW EVERY TIME THE PHONE RINGS  I RUSH TO ANSWER HOPING ITS AL A DREAM AND I,LL HEAR" HELLO WHAT YA ALL DOING UP THERE/"I DO  GET TO SEE YOU AND TALK TO YOU EVERY NITE IN MY DREAMS AND I,LL TAKE THAT FOR NOW , TILL I MEET YOU DOWN THE ROAD IN HEAVEN. YOU JUST NEVER KNOW HOW MUCH YOU REALLY LOVE SOMEONE UNTIL YOU,VE LOST THEM , I MISS YOU O AND LOVE YOU FOR EVER .WE ARE TAKING GOOD CARE OF MAJOR AND THE BOYS, NOT TO WORRY. Aunt Jan will be surely missed as she touched many lives.  It is sad to say goodbye to a loved one but always keep her memory close to your hearts!

Jan, thanks for being a good stepmom to me. We will miss you a lot till we meet again. Love you

I'm sorry for Aunt Jan's passing.  I will always remember that she was a gentle, kind hearted and compassionate person.  May you all find peace in your hearts.

I'm so very sorry to hear of your loss. You all will be in my thoughts and prayers. 
This will be a hard time for you but remember God is right there with you day and night.
