Howard was a loving husband, father, sibling, uncle, and friend. He was preceded in death by his father Nin Lee, mother Hom Nin Lee, brother Ben (Jade) Lee, and sister Lisette Loy. Howard is survived by his wife of 30 years Karen McCarthy - Lee and his son, Dillon Lee. He also leaves behind four brothers: Franklin, Bobby, Victor (Janet) and Edward (Shirley) along with eleven nieces and nephews and ten grandnieces and grandnephews.
Howard was a Navy Vietnam Veteran, who retired after 27 years from Southern Pacific Railroad. His hobbies included beekeeping, cars, trains, and volunteering at the Tucson Chinese Culture Center.
A Burial service will be conducted at a later date.
