My memories of my Aunt Lena will always be in my heart and never forgotten.   Our camping trips together were some of the most memorable times that we shared.   There are so many!  We always had so much fun and the laughter never stopped.   You will be greatly missed by so many people.   I will never forget all that you have done for me through the years.   Rest In Peace Aunt Lena. 

When I think of Nina Lena, I feel blessed by such an amazing lady with a heart of gold.  This rang true throughout her life as was she always there for others. She was not only Nina to me and my daughter, but to many others.  My Mom is forever grateful for her help as she grew.  Nina Lena embraced life with love, laughter and music.  I loved that she played accordian.   I was lucky to spend time as a kid at their house in Prescott with my cousin, Smiley  listening  to records, dancing and playing and being entertained by Nina Lena in one way or another.  She shared  her gift of storytelling and that will always be with me.  
She had many talents.  Her nurturing nature was expressed in her great cooking  especially her delicious caldos!  Anytime in her presence, whether we were camping at Harshaw or simply sharing meals  in Tucson, was magical and golden, just like her heart. By her example, I believe her recipe for living a good life involved living simply and filling each day with love and kindness. 
On behalf of Tia and Tio and our families, I  extend wishes of peace to Smiley, Dorothy, Mario, Delores, Carlos and families.

My dear Tia Lena, 

It’s hard to even comprehend that you’re no longer physically here with us. I’m going to miss that laugh of yours that filled a room, the stories you and my Nana shared with us at the dinner table, and that feisty attitude that always made me giggle a bit. I know you’re happy finally being able to see my Tio again. I’ll forever cherish the time we had together, and all the great memories we had a chance to create, especially those camping trips to Harshaw. This is not where it ends, I’ll see you again. So until we then, we’ll carry you with us, always.

My love and prayers go out to the family. I hope you all can find some peace and comfort through this difficult time.🙏🏼

Mom may your soul rest in peace. The Angel's are singing and clapping their wings celebrating your new life united with your family and our heavenly Father. We are not saying good bye but saying thank you that you are my mom and so happy you were  in each and everyone our lives. Thank you mom for being an amazing  women of strength, confident, respect, morals and values, you were never afraid of anything. We are so grateful that you taught us so much. 
 Mom you were a beautiful wonderful human being with a genuine soul and you will always be important to us. My tia Lena was a wonderful  person in every which way she used to sing nice and she always seemed to be happy she was always dancing and her cooking was great she taught me a few things in the kitchen. I want to think that she is with her sisters especially with my mother they would act kinda spoiled together it would be funny to see them . I will always carry her in my heart along side with my mom and tia Kity  the Jiménez family are great people . Love you tia Lena you will be missed .
