Harvey was born on November 13, 1915 in Granite Falls, Washington to Chancy and Sophia Granger.
Shortly after graduating from High School, Harvey joined the United States Army and served in World War II. Harvey specialized as a Combat Engineer prior to his honorable discharge after nearly 25 years of dedicated service.
Harvey is survived by his daughters Francine and Dolores; his ex-wife Maria, and three other children, Alicia, Erick and Yolanda.
A private viewing will take place on Friday, January 3, 2020 with the burial immediately following, complete with Military Honors.
