GOODMAN, GILBERT L. (GIB), passed away February 16, 2018, in Camilla, Georgia. He was born in Monroe, Wisconsin on August 22, 1931, to John and Luella Goodman. Gib was formerly a Tucson resident and General Manager of the Handy Andy stores before moving to Scottsdale, AZ. Gib was preceded in death by his wife, Helena Goodman, his brother, John Goodman and sister Ruth Andre. Survivors include his sisters Betty Haeft of Monroe, WI and Evelyn Martin (Richard) of Centerreach, NY, daughters Kelley Coker (Don) of Camilla, GA, Kim Melvin (Scott) of Poway, CA, Karen Hoegger (Norman) of Tucson, AZ, seven grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Gib will be remembered with love, especially for his generosity, upbeat personality and humor. Memorial gifts can be made to the animal rescue effort of your choice. A memorial service will be held at East Lawn Palms Cemetery, 5801 E. Grant Road, Tucson, AZ with internment to follow, on February 23, 2018 at 11:00a.m.
