Fredrick Brown

Frederick Merrill Brown Passed away in his sleep on April 22, 2012. He was born in Eastern Canada in 1922, but has been a Tucson resident since 1953. He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Artist Ruth Brown; their son, Fred (JoAnn); daughter, Sidnie (Jeff) of Fairbanks, AK; grandchildren, Marlies and Bridget and two great-grandchildren, Zachary and Brennon. Mr. Brown graduated from Albion College and received his masters from Michigan State. He worked at the Tucson VA hospital and retired after 35 years as a teacher for Sunnyside District. Mr. Brown was a member of the Tucson Rod and Gun Club. He had a great sense of humor and a gentle heart. No services are planned. Arrangements by DESERT ROSE CREMATION & BURIAL.
