Federico (Lico) H. Portillo, 75, of Tucson, Arizona, passed away on Thursday, March 10, 2016. He was born on March 14, 1940. He is preceded in death by his beloved wife of 55 years, Edilia (Lilly) Bravo Portillo, parents Ramon and Francisca Portillo, grandparents Pablo and Martina Salcido who raised him, sister Rosemary Portillo Subia, aunt Maria Antonia Baldon, and son-in-law, Juan Jesus Martinez, Sr. He is survived by his 9 loving children, Frances Martinez, Antonia Casillas (Antonio), Fred Portillo, Rosie Noel (Marc), Elvia Portillo (Adam), Paul Portillo (Lizette), Jose Portillo (Tina), Martin Portillo (Barbara), Johnny Portillo (Angelica); 33 grandchildren, and 15 great-grandchildren; His brother, Ray Portillo, Jr., sisters Beatrice Portillo Munoz, Virginia Portillo Onate, and Rose Gomez. He was a Loving Husband, Father, Grandfather, Brother, Uncle, and Friend. He will forever be in our hearts. Relatives and friends are invited to attend services as follows: Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 20, 2016 at Funeraria del Angel South Lawn, 5401 South Park Ave., Tucson, AZ 85706 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., Rosary at 7:00 p.m. Mass will be held on Monday, March 21, 2016 at 11 a.m. at Santa Cruz Church, 1220 S. 6th Ave., Tucson, AZ 85713
