Passed away November 23, 2022. He is survived by his family Debra (Chris) Urbina, Stacey Marmion and Cindy (Dennis) Goodmanson, his grandchildren, great grandchildren, brothers and sisters. He is preceded in death by his son Frank Kelly Marmion and his parents Charles and Sally Marmion. He is loved by many and will be missed greatly. Services will be held at a later date.
