She was born to the late Jack Chaney and Helen Chaney of Abilene, TX on August 20, 1952. She married the love of her life Wayne Allan Wise, on June 6th, 1970. They raised three children William (Shawna) Wise of Austin, AR, Mark (Kimberley) Wise of Oro Valley, AZ , and Mindy Wise-Myers (Zachary) of Tucson, AZ. She is also survived by her brother Michael (Shane) Chaney of The Woodlands, TX and sister Susie Hamilton (Mike McLeod) of Merkel, TX.
She was a Registered Nurse dedicated to helping patients at the Tucson Veterans Hospital. In retirement she enjoyed traveling, reading, sewing, crafts, and BINGO! Her grandchildren (Katelynd, Kelley, and Kevin) will remember her by her stories (no matter how many times) she told them.
The family will receive friends from 5 P.M. to 7 P.M., April 5, 2012 at East Lawn Cemetery Chapel. Services will be 10 a.m. April 6th at the East Lawn Chapel followed with grave side services.
