Charles Howard Bellis, 58, of Tucson, AZ, passed away November 22, 2016. He was born in Tucson on July 20, 1958. Charles graduated from Howenstine High School. He worked for meals on wheels and COPD’s wood shop. Charles was a member of Pima Street Baptist Church and belonged to the Phil Schlesinger Civitan Club for over 30 years. He is survived by his siblings, Terry and Peggy Bellis; Niece, Michelle De La Vera and Nephews, Landon and Jonah. Funeral arrangements will be held at 2:30 pm , Monday December 19, 2016, at East Lawn Palms Mortuary.
