Dear Tudy,
You are in our thoughts and prayers, especially today another year added as you made your journey to the Heaven’s. It’s always easier said than done to realize that it gets easier. Moments of missing you can be difficult, but we know it’s okay to miss you physically here on Earth. We know though that there is no illness in the Land of Paradise. You are dearly missed and there isn’t a day as we laugh at all the crazy things you’d say and do, as those memories are cherished. I continue to hold my promise I’ve got your Son Tudy Jr., I will continue to be by his side. As we add on minutes, days, weeks, months and years, know that you are loved and we still watch over you at your resting place.

Tudy you’ve traveled your journey home and during that time we know you still went through the Colorado River and made it to the Grand Canyon. You are dearly missed and we visit often were you rest. Your memories you left in our hearts are often spoken, are tears slowly have turned into laughter.  As I told you before you left this world, I’m still here and will always be by Junior’s side. Though days started off as a roller coaster with emotions and tears, the ride has smoothed out there are loops at times, but it’s okay.  We Love you much Tudy “POP”

Hi Tudy,
Two years time has gone by, it’s been one roller coaster with lots of twists, turns and dips. You are not forgotten as we speak of you and think of you. We continue to laugh and hold the memories near. Turbo max is still hear with us and nope he will not out run the Durango, but I got to say that was a good try lol. Tudy today marks 2 years as mentioned but we continue to show our love to you with our visits. Each day gets easier but yet difficult as time moves on. I’m still here by Junior’s side, taking care and loving him as my last words to you. Thank you for raising one tough kid. We’ve got your 2n1 for you. Missing your crazy conversation phone calls. Marlboro reds, Budweiser, hands oily with motor oil eating a white bread sandwich working on his truck at nanas in the back yard, dead legs.. my memorys of my tio tudy.. tudy was a simple man always smiling, a man who would give the shirt off his back if u needed it, reaching in pocket to give his last dollars to the kids to go get something from the store, or he would reach deep in his pocket and put a middle finger in your hand 1st, lol he would laugh then give u a dollar.  I have a lot of memory to share (letting me cruise Jrs camaro down 6th when i was 15 lol and Jr seen his car out there lmao much love JR) but im a keep them for me to cherish. IM A MISS YOU TUDY, LOVE ALWAY.

My memories of Turi, he would come to our house to ask for cheese,  then he would sit and talk with brother Oscar, and smoke a cigarette, and leave.. him and Oscar would talk about music..  A couple times I would take my grandkids to Richey School and he would be sitting there on the grass, drinking a cold one, wrapped in brown paper bag. He would say Hey Myrtle! I'm just resting. And I would say yeah right! RIP Tudy. Oscar will miss your visits..

I am not used to sharing emotions 
 feelings   thoughts but here it goes. Arturo  Martinez Ruiz   for those of you who didn't know. the family had a nickname for Tudy.  We called him Arturo pan duro.
As we grew older, we stopped calling each other names but I started calling him Tudy Hard Bread.
We grew up with Tudy beating me up a lot,  most of the time because I was close.  As we grew,  the love and respect grew.  He would confide in me and tell me about the anger  frustration that would fester in his mind. He learned to let go.  He was a good brother,  a protector of family and friends. 
He looked forward to the cookouts I would have on sundays.  I'll miss him yelling out to me a couple of days later  " Flip, you got a couple of burgers?"
Tudy,  you were tired, you were in pain, you wanted to see mom. Now you are with her. Asshole.  Save me some pan de levadura

This past summer was the last time I saw my uncle I got on the bus and sat across from him we said hello we shared updates on what each of us was doing at the time and we both agreed the it takes time to get things together and that's what we're doing at the moment we wished each other well I said I love you too I'll see you later I have fond memories of him when I was younger he could be goofy at times some people are people and they try what they can. You are now in peace no hurt you're surrounded by family and friends

It is Really hard to pick one memory when a person is your friend for 51 years. I just remember that from beginning to end Tudy gave me a hard time. Always joking on me. Always good natured and laughing. When it came right down to it he always had my back. He was more like a brother to me.  When I came home to 725 W Calle Adelanto I was always looking for him. He was just part of home.  I am a better person for having known him. If there are neighbors in heaven then I hope that the families of the Ruizs and the Davis's get to stay side by side. Old Tudy can still joke on me in eternity. 

I remember being four years old and you had a car magazine in your hand, i don't remember what type of car you had but you ask me to have a sit on your lap and you wanted my opinion on what type of rims you should to put on your car, we looked thru a few pages and i remember picking some nice ones, you turned to me and said you really think those are nice and i nodded yes so you said alright i'll put those on because you picked them out. May you rest in peace we are all going to be okay no more suffering fly high. 

Hey Tudy remember when you  drove me to the hospital. I was in labor with my daughter full blown contractions and Guero was too scared to drive me so I walked across the street and asked you for a ride. you say  “get in kid let’s go” As we drive down grant road the “SUICIDE LANE” clear  with no cars, you remember the crazy one way lane down grant that didn’t allow turning during certain hours clear as day and yet you refused to drive in it. Me sitting in the front seat cussing you out yelling to get into the lane. You calmly telling me No And saying it would be alright. I don’t know which was worse my mom asking me to “hold it” until she got out of work or You cruising down Grant.. Tudy this memory I will forever cherish. Thank you for making this memory with me and making sure I made it in one piece. May you rest peacefully. See ya later❤️

The recent memory of my pops Tudy when he got the wagon twin turbo the same day the same afternoon pulls up to say “yo kid junior ” yelling look what I got I came out the door sitting on this Saturn Wagon Tudy on the front fender telling me I didn’t borrow it son, I didn’t steel it neither I paid for it got the paper work and license to go with it I yell Sugi I’ll be back we get in backing up BANG he hits the tree 🌳 looks towards my way and says kid what did you DO Iam like what so I started to Lough than we take a drink fuckin Tudy looks at me again with this look this smirk that he always had tells me I am legit kid so pop yes you are and have always been no matter what deep down inside me pop I’ve always been crazy proud of you seeing you from a distance or being by your side many crazy times “ as we used to say take it nice and slow try not to scrap up the chrome tips “ I love you pop always in mind 

Hello Tudy,
It’s always been how are you? How you doing? You need anything?  You were always good and you’ve got your drinks. Things are still a tunnel of disbelief at many hours. Things are tough knowing that no more crazy calls, stopping by unexpectedly and no more hearing “Hey Kid”. Just as Junior said with you turbo ride, I saw that glow of happiness of I DID IT. I couldn’t stop laughing when you said you didn’t steel it. I just said crazy Tudy LOL... thank you though for the talks and spending time with Junior and I and the family during football season and cookouts.  Now we wait to see the Chiefs and Colts play, but sorry Tudy you know it’s Chiefs Nation 😁!!! You will be missed by many and here at home you will be deeply missed. We are coming to terms that you are on your journey going home. No more headaches of whatsoever.  Rest Tudy as we said “See you later”.  Your kids have much support by many and there are many prayers being said. Until Then Tudy we will see you in the future.  Love you much, Melissa
