Arturo was preceded in death by his daughter Lupita Canez; his father Manuel Canez and his mother Guadalupe Canez.
Arturo is survived by his spouse, Julia Canez; his son Armando; his daughter Beatriz; his daughter Brenda (Danny); his daughter Maria (Mike); his daughter Tyana (John); and his son Arturo (Jessica); his 16 grandchildren; and his 14 great grandchildren.
A visitation for Arturo will be held Monday, October 30, 2023 from 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM at Funeraria del Angel South Lawn, 5401 South Park Ave, Tucson, AZ 85706. A rosary service will occur Monday, October 30, 2023 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM, 5401 South Park Ave, Tucson, AZ 85706. A funeral service will occur Monday, October 30, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, 5401 South Park Ave, Tucson, AZ 85706. A graveside service will occur Monday, October 30, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at South Lawn Cemetery, 5401 South Park Ave, Tucson, AZ 85706. A reception will occur Monday, October 30, 2023 from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM, 5401 South Park Ave, Tucson, AZ 85706.
