Our Dad Tony D. Anaya went to be with the Lord on Monday, June 20, 2022. He was surrounded by his family. He was born in Nogales, AZ on November 4, 1932 to the late Miguel and Francisca Anaya. He loved sharing his childhood memories. His fondest memory was growing up on Finley Ranch in Dragoon where his Dad worked as a ranch hand. He shared many army stories from when he served his country. He would light up when describing how he would drive the army tank through the streets in Germany, and how they would pick cherries from the trees when stationed overseas. Tony was Blessed with a large and loving family, He was a faithful man who praised and worshiped The Lord through his music. He played with his Christian band Los Victoriosos in many churches throughout Tucson. He retired from Hughes Aircraft where he worked as a Material Handler for 18 yrs., but would keep himself busy with many projects in his cuartito. Tony is preceded in death by His Son Steve Anaya, His granddaughters Shannon and Asalia Anaya. His Parents Miguel and Francisca Anaya, Brothers Miguel, Frank, David, Sisters Catalina Soto and Ramona Molina .
Tony is survived by his Wife of 69 years Esther R. Anaya; his Sons Mario, Albert, Mark, Jack, Jesse (Carol) Anaya. His Daughter Rachel (Frank) Lopez , Jill (Jose) Serrano , Maria Wedic; 23 grandchildren
48 great-grandchildren and 3 great great-grandchildren; and His Sister Juanita Garza and many nieces and nephews.

A visitation for Antonio will be held Saturday, July 2, 2022 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Funeraria del Angel South Lawn, 5401 South Park Ave, Tucson, AZ 85706.
