Born in Detroit, Michigan on March 9, 1955, to Jay and Caroline Williamson, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York; Sous Chef at the Detroit Renaissance Center in Michigan, Executive Sous Chef at La Paloma in Tucson, Arizona. He was an avid skydiver, cyclist, and fundraiser for El Tour De Tucson. In his spare time, he volunteered at the Pima Animal Care Center in Tucson, Arizona. He was a proud member of a local twelve-step program in the Tucson area and became a literary chair member for the area.
A Visitation for Anthony will be held Saturday, March 4, 2023 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at East Lawn Palms Mortuary, 5801 East Grant Road, Tucson, AZ 85712.
Funeral service will occur the begin from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. And interment will follow.
