Alberto is survived by his spouse of 62 years Mercy Valenzuela; Son's; Albert (Aileen) Oscar (Soña) and David (Sally).
Alberto was preceded in death by his parents Alberto C. Valenzuela and Guadalupe Valenzuela; Brothers Frank and Luis; Granddaughter; Maritza Celina.
He leaves behind 5 Grandchildren; Alyssa, Albert Jr., Nicholas, Veronica and Celisa, 6 Step Grandchildren, 13 Step Great Grandchildren, 4 Great Grandchildren, 1 Step Great Great Grandchild; Sisters Ramona, Margaret and Brothers Manuel, Tony and Jose and many nieces and nephews.
Alberto dedicated 32 years as Head Custodian at Rincon High School. He loved going camping and hunting, as well as having family gatherings. He also enjoyed using his hands to repair and build things and going to the swap meet on the weekends.

A funeral service will occur Wednesday, October 4, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Santa Cruz Catholic Church, 1220 S 6th Ave, Tucson, AZ 85713. A graveside service will occur Wednesday, October 4, 2023 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at South Lawn Cemetery, 5401 South Park Ave, Tucson, AZ 85706. A reception will occur Wednesday, October 4, 2023 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM, 5401 South Park Ave, Tucson, AZ 85706.
