Louise Bearden Yelton

She was born in Covington, Ky the daughter of the late Clarence and Grace Bearden.

She retired from DeKalb County Schools as a dietician, serving Henderson High School for 30 yrs.

She was a member of Briarlake Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth E. Yelton.

Survivors include her daughter, Kenna Galloway of Sharpsburg, GA; her sons, Tim Yelton of Atlanta, and Tom Yelton of Morrow, OH; her sisters, June Dinn and Joan Rutherford; her brothers, Jack and Don Bearden; 6 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, May 23, 2012 at 1 pm in the chapel of Floral Hills Funeral Home with Rev. Larry Sullivan officiating. Interment will follow in Floral Hills Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 5-8 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made to either the Briarlake Bapt. Ch.
