Lillian Remonia Freeman

Lillian R. Freeman, 76 years of age passed away on October 6, 2022. She is survived by her only child Asher D. Freeman (Rachel), two sisters and one brother: Margaret L. Jackson (Melvin), Rosemary Freeman, and Benjamin Freeman (Rosario). Four grandchildren; Alexis Jones (Shawanna), Demarcus Freeman, Adrian Stephens, and Arin Stephens. Four great grandchildren Aiden Stephens, Trenton Dallas, Adonis Stephens, and Kylie Freeman and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends. She is preceded in death by her mother Emma Freeman, Father Benjamin Freeman, four sisters, Sharon Jones, Valerie Freeman, Constance Freeman, Donna Parks, two brothers Marcellas Freeman, Clifford Freeman.

Lillian was born on September 19, 1946, in Atlanta, Georgia. She graduated from David T. Howard High School. She dedicated her life to the service of others by working in the healthcare and banking industry. After retirement, she found joy in caring for her grandchildren, thrift shopping, pottery, arts, crafting, and even developed a “green thumb”. She was also a dedicated and devoted mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She loved and trusted God with all her heart. She was funny with a quick wit to all she encountered. She will truly be missed.

A memorial service for Lillian will be held Saturday, October 22, 2022 at 1:00 PM at Floral Hills Funeral Home, 3150 Lawrenceville Hwy, Tucker, Georgia 30084.
