Ms. Joyce Belinda Boone of Brooklyn, New York, went to be with her Heavenly Father on October 11, 2024, she was 63 years old. Joyce spent the majority of her later years as a citizen of Decatur, Ga. enjoying time spent with her family and friends. She also greatly enjoyed watching her favorite shows on the television, indulging in sweets and candies, and cooking delicious meals.
She was a mother to three wonderful children who will mourn her passing, Constance Edwards (Nigel), Bryant Boone , Ronda Boone. she also leaves behind several grandchildren, Nasiah, Rodney,Destini, Sean,Kayla, and Malik, and one Great Grandchild, Nalani.
She is also survived by her sisters Gina Gopie, Alison Hedgepeth, Mia Releford, Princess Hedgepeth, Nigeria Carter, her brothers, Edward Hedgepeth and Malcom Carter.
She was preceded in death by her mother and father, Elizabeth Roman and Eddie Hedgepeth, her brother, Eric Boone, and sister Gayle Pearson.
She will be greatly missed by everyone who had the joy of knowing her.
Memorial services will be held for Joyce on Nov. 2, 2024 at 2pm at Floral Hills Funeral Home in Tucker Ga.
