He is survived by Anne Faucett and her family and friends who fully enjoyed Charles’ singing at church, his joyful personality and his love of learning….and then lecturing!
Also surviving is his brother Bob Story, his children Tim Clark and Trudy Landis and a large and loving family of 7 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, inlaws and outlaws, classmates, church and community friends and fellow McKinnen’s karaoke enthusiasts.
Charles was preceded in death by his parents Robert and Marie Story, brothers Wayne Story and Clyde Story and son Brady Clark.
Charles was graduated with honors from Lilburn High School in 1963 where he lettered in three sports. He attended Georgia Tech and Southern Tech University and held a degree in Civil Engineering.
He served in the US Army as an MP. For many years he and the Story family developed communities and build many beautiful family homes.
Charles will be remembered for his love of the Lord, books and learning, his beautiful singing voice and his life fully lived with integrity and kindness.
