Tracy Omar Neely

Tracy Omar Neely was born May 10, 1980 at 6:38 pm before his expected date of birth, August 9, 1980 to Tracy Dean Neely and Paulette D. Reynolds-Couch. This started his uphill battle of medical complications that he daily lived with without complaints! He became a paraplegic at age of 19 years old.

2007 he became a resident at Arlington House, Torrance, California. 2012 his residence became Regency Oaks, Long Beach, California to the present, July 30, 2016.

Eight First Cousins - Mimi, Jania, Lanika, Alan, Ashley, Nathan, Faith and Joseph Reynolds

Three Second Cousins - Matthew, Zahara and Amai

Three Great Nieces - Jada, Core and Mya Vines

And a Host of Care Takers

Tracy Omar loved Jesus, his family, music, hamburgers, tacos, burritos and Snickers candy!
