I was blessed to have Uncle Tom as my godfather. Even from a distance he influenced me at several points of my life. Eternal rest....

Thomas Ullman became a member of the Geltz-Hauser family in 1963, On June 22,1963 he married the beautiful Barbara Hauser , a 1st, cousin to my late husband Ronald Geltz, Ron and I were groomsman and bridesmaid at their beautiful wedding MASS  So, Tom and I became "Cousins-In-Law"
  The addition of Gregory,Jerome, and Jennifer  added MORE JOY to their marriage and our extended family.Grandchildren brought more blessings as the years moved forward.
     Tom was a man of GREAT FAITH and it is REFLECTED in his descendants

Dad was the most patient person you could imagine; I never saw him or Mom angry in my life. He loved his wife, was committed to his Catholic faith, and could sing either tenor or bass in the choir. He supported my wide variety of interests in academics, music and Boy Scouting.

I am Tom's brother, David. He and I were 7 years apart in birth order. Same month April me 14th he 29th. We actually shared a bed for several years and he would roll over with the blankets in his grasp and I would be left laying there shivering in the cold Quincy winter. He was the smart one and when he disagreed with our father, dad would always say "Get the dictionary." Tom was always right. He always encouraged me in my studies, but I fell far short of his accomplishments. 
I will miss you brother. God's peace.

It was religion class, high school, freshman year, the teacher asked us what our parents had to say about God. I reported the next day that my father had said: "God is the great Lover of the universe." 
(It seems his training under the Franciscans at Quincy College paid off in wisdom.)

It is somewhat ironic that his funeral services are on the internet.  He was one of the earliest users of internet.  I remember he and Stan Clark putting together the Council Bulletin back in the '80s, transferring writings for it from computer to computer over the telephone lines.

It is easy to forget that before dad's time in the Knights of Columbus, he worked with the "Catholic Committee on Scouting", in the 80's, for which he received the Archdiocesan "Pelican Award."

I always admire his patience and loving care.

Tom Ullman was the best Father in-law a guy could ask for. Always ready with a story (or 2 or 3) very helpful and knowledgeable. Greatest Grandpa to my kids. He will be deeply missed.

He was an adviser.  I miss him. Eternal rest grant unto him.

One word describes my good Sir Knight: GENTLEMAN. Tom will be greatly missed.  My and my family's condolences to the entire Ullman family.
