She is survived by her five children: Peggy Faith Van Gundy (Dave); Eugene Douglas Clements; Karen Lynn Cullen (Daniel); Michael Kenneth Clements (Janet) and Stuart Merle Clements (Doris). Patricia has ten grandchildren: Tara, Brian, Clarissa, Stevi, Christopher, Jennifer, Evie, Carina, Peter and Phillip and ten great grandchildren: Ariel, Hope, Eric, Adele, Owen, Virgle, Dylen, Autumn, Alex and Stephanie.
Her brother William; her dearest friend Irma Mann and her little dog Buddy will also miss her.
Services will be held on Saturday, July 18 at 11:00 am followed by a reception until 2:00 pm at Rice Mortuary, 5310 Torrance Blvd., Torrance, CA 90503. There will be a private burial at sea.
