Mildred Leslie passed away on Tuesday, September 24, 2013. She was born on January 17, 1926. She was a lifelong resident of Redondo Beach for 65 years. She is survived by her brother Lenard Davis of Santa Monica, CA, her ctwo sons, Jack Leslie of Redondo Beach, CA, Jim Leslie and her three grandsons of WA, and her two daughters, Kathleen Jeffress of Mt. Shasta, CA and Debra Leslie of Torrance, CA. Mildred was a very outgoing and fun person to be around. She loved to go for her walks down to the ocean and pier almost daily. She also made many frequent trips to the library to check out her many books she loved to read. Memorial Service will be held at White & Day Colonial Mortuary, 901 Torrance Blvd. in Redondo Beach, CA. 90278 310-792-7575 at 2:00 pm on Friday, October 4, 2013. A Graveside Service will follow after the Memorial Service, at Pacific Crest Cemetery at 182nd and Inglewood Ave., Redondo Beach, CA.
