She was born in Alhambra, California, November 9, 1960 however, lived most of her life in Torrance.
She lived life to the fullest, had a beautiful smile and a great sense of humor. She had a passionate love of all dogs and has now gone home to her dachshund Maxwell, that she missed tremendously.
She loved to spend time with friends and family. She especially enjoyed hanging out with her niece Angelina Jaimez and BamBam and Pebbles the pitbulls who couldn’t wait for her to visit.
She is survived by her mother Yvonne Murphy, her sisters Lisa Smith and Alyse (Will) Donnell, her Uncle Paul (Gina) Kortopates and her Aunt Shari Yoch.
She will live on in our memories and will never be forgotten.
I’d like the memory of me
to be a happy one.
I’d like to leave an afterglow of smiles
when life is done.
I’d like to leave an echo whispering
softly down the ways.
Of happy times and laughing times
and bright and sunny days.
I’d like the tears of those who grieve,
to dry before the sun.
Of happy memories that I leave
when life is done.
