Julia Lee Wirz

Julia was born November 23, 1929 in Kosciusko, Mississippi to Laura (Lola) and Taylor Dean. She became a real estate broker in 1964 and established Julia Seymour Realty in Torrance, CA servicing the South Bay area.

Julia had a passion for Jesus, family, home, and her flower gardens. She had a reputation for being a hard worker and shrewd real estate entrepreneur. She was very giving and generous to her family.

She married Harvey Morgan in 1944 and had Linda Lee Morgan-Seymour (Cloquette). In 1948 she married James D. Seymour and had Charles M. Seymour and Angela Christine Seymour (Gatto). In 1974 she married Frank Wirz who passed in 1990. Julia is survived by her sister Carol Green, three children, nine grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.

A Rosary will be held at 5:00 pm on Sunday June 13, 2021 at Lighthouse Memorials and Receptions - Rice Center, 5310 Torrance Blvd., Torrance, CA 90503. A Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 am on Monday June 14, 2021 at St. John Fisher Catholic Church, 5448 Crest Road, Rancho Palos Verdes, CA 90275.
