Norris, Esther Eileen of Torrance passed away on Wednesday, January 9, 2002 in Torrance. She was born on April 17, 1926 in Nelsonville, Ohio and lived in Torrance 37 years. She is survived by her sons Dennis Norris of Torrance, Phillip (Diane) Norris of Lakewood and Mark Norris of Mesa, Arizona; along with five grandchildren and her sister Mary Austin of Georgia. Visitation will be held Sunday, January 13, 2002 from 4:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at the White & Day Colonial Mortuary in Redondo Beach. Funeral Services will be at the First United Methodist Church in Redondo Beach at 11:00 A.M. on Monday, January 14, 2002. Interment will follow with procession to Green Hills Memorial Park in R.P.V. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to a memorial fund in Mrs. Norris' name at the First United Methodist Church in Redondo Beach.
