Whitehead, Doris Lily, a 50 year resident of Redondo Beach, passed away on Tuesday, March 22, 2011 in Redondo Beach. Born in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, Doris was 86 when she died.
Doris is survived by husband George Whitehead; sons Cameron Whitehead, and Leonard Whitehead; daughter, Linda Delzeit-McIntyre; granddaughters Amanda Vail, Christy Lara, Jennifer Sanks, Katie Whitehead, Melissa Everett and Threasa Whitehead; grandson, Wesley Whitehead and great-grandchildren Sofia Lara and John Michael Everett. She was preceded in death by parents Joe and Lily McEwan.
The Memorial Service will be held at Rice Mortuary on Saturday March 26, 2011 at 3:30 PM. A gathering of family and friends will follow in Rice's Lighthouse Reception Room until 6:30 PM.
