Cesar lived a simple life and brought much joy to everyone he met. His charming personality was contagious. Despite his limitations, Cesar always had a positive attitude and glowed with happiness.. even on days he didn’t feel his best, he would greet you with a smile. Although Cesar never had his own children, he was a father figure to his nephews Nathaniel and Logan, and niece Isabella. His love ran deep for his chosen children and cared for them as if they were his own. He was a kind, loving uncle to all of his nieces and nephews, and always had words of wisdom for his family.
His family and friends will deeply miss him and remember him as a legend.
