Passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family at the Toronto East General Hospital on February 24, 2010.
Beloved husband of 42 years to Eileen (nee Nestor). Dearly loved Father of Cara, Michael and wife Geraldine (nee Nieves), Rhona and husband Matthias Lettau. Cherished “Papa” to Brendan and Neve. Loving brother to Carmel Campbell, Una Ainsworth and predeceased by Padraig Dwyer and Gwendolyn Fowler. Uncle to many nieces and nephews in Ireland and England. Fondly remembered by his many friends and extended family in Canada
Ronnie was raised in Kiltimagh, Co Mayo, Ireland, married in 1967 and immigrated to Canada.
Visitation to be held on Sunday February 28, 2010 from 2-6pm at the Rosar-Morrison Funeral Home & Chapel, 467 Sherbourne St.(South of Wellesley) Toronto.
Funeral Mass to be held at St. Paul’s Basilica, 83 Power St. (at Queen St.) on Monday March 1, 2010 at 2 o’clock.
The family request that in lieu of flowers donations be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
