After a brave battle with cancer, Jack succumbed to his illness on Wednesday April 04, 2012 surrounded by family. Jack is survived by his sister Patricia and her husband Robert Levesque and brother Bruce and his wife Donna. Loved by his nieces & nephews great nieces & nephews, and good friends. Proud supporter of B.R.F.C. Friends may visit at the Rosar-Morrison Funeral Home & Chapel 467 Sherbourne Street (just south of Wellesley) on Tuesday April 10, 2012 from 3 - 5 pm.
