Stella Persaud

She passed at the Markham Stouffville Hospital on Friday, October 6, 2023, in her 78th year. She is survived by her partner Lochan and their children Jennifer (Sandy), Glenn, and Priya and her grandchildren Ethan, Austin, Ariya and Alexa. A devoted wife and mother she faced her cancer with a strong will, helped by her deep faith in her God. Special thanks to the staff at Markham Stouffville Hospital for taking special care of Stella in her final days, and to relatives and friends who comforted her.

Visitation will be at Jerrett Funeral Homes at 660 Kennedy Road, Scarborough M1K 2B5 on Saturday, October 14, 2023, between 10.00 a.m. and 12 noon, followed immediately by a service in the chapel at the same location. It will be live-streamed. Interment will be at Pine Hill Cemetery, 625 Birchmount Road, Scarborough, M1K 1R1 IN1 immediately following the service.
