Courageous to the end, on January 15, 2017 at North York General Hospital. Devoted wife of her late husband, Kwan-Cheuk. Loving mother of Germaine. Shuk-Han will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by her family and friends.
Friends may visit the Jerrett Funeral Home, 6191 Yonge Street (2 lights south of Steeles, on the east side) on Wednesday, January 25, 2017 from 9:00am to 10:00am. A funeral service will commence at 10:00am in the funeral home chapel. Cremation at Forest Lawn Crematorium to follow.
