Peacefully passed away on October 11, 2015 at Scarborough Grace Hospital. Loving mother of Christine 碧珊 (Peter Ho), Stephen 國聲, Daisy 碧虹, Kwok-Chung 國聰 (Dora), Ann Bik-Ngan 碧顏 (Johnny Lau), Kwok-Sun 國燊 (Elaine Chan) and Pekkie Bik-Mui 碧梅 (Kwok-Ping Lee). Cherished grandma of Alan, Brian (Rachel), Mary, Margaret, Martha, Alvin, Eric, Irene, Matthew (Megan) and Melba. Caring great grandma of Tristan and Arianna. Shiu Kuen will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by her family and friends.
Friends may visit the Jerrett Funeral Home, 6191 Yonge Street (2 lights south of Steeles, on the east side) on Saturday, October 17, 2015 from 9:30am to 10:30am. A funeral service will commence at 10:30am in the funeral home chapel. Burial at Holy Cross Cemetery to follow.
