Peacefully passed away on February 9, 2012 at the Toronto General Hospital. Beloved husband of Ly Tran. Loving and devoted father of Diana, Alex and Katharine. Jason will be sadly missed by his family and friends.
Friends may visit the Jerrett Funeral Home, 6191 Yonge Street (2 lights south of Steeles, on the east side) on Friday 6:00 - 9:00pm and Saturday 8:30 - 9:30am. A funeral service will commence at 9:30am in the funeral home chapel. Burial at Beechwood Cemetery to follow.
