Passed away at Quinte Health Centre in Trenton on Saturday January 7th,2023, five days after his 100th birthday.
Loving husband of Phyllis for 61 years prior to her passing in 2015. Cherished father of Jo-Anne (Enrico), and Warren who passed in 2019 (Dianne). Proud Papa of Shawn (Laura), Blake (Bianca), Amanda and Bradley, as well as great-grandfather to Everett and Juniper.
Brother and Uncle to his extended family from his childhood home in Newfoundland. Survived by his brother Carl Oake. Also, brother to Woodrow Oake, Domino Oake, and Nellie Burton who have passed away.
Raymond will be fondly remembered by his family and friends. A visitation will be held at the JERRETT FUNERAL HOME, 660 Kennedy Road, Scarborough, on Tuesday, January 17th, 2023 from 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. Followed by a funeral Service in the Chapel at 11:00 a.m. Interment to take place at Prospect Cemetery (Family only)
