My heart is heavy with sadness knowing that Tricia has passed.  We worked together at the Hincks Treatment Center for several years in the 70's before I moved to California.  Tricia was remarkable in her dealing with the patients ... she always displayed kindness, intelligence and strength in dealing with any situation .. and did so with grace and beauty.  An awesome roll model for the patients and for her colleagues.  She will be so missed.
We continued to stay in contact over the years, albeit via Christmas letters ... I will miss this connection to this very beautiful woman.  
Tricia, you will always "live on" in my heart and my wonderfully fond memories of so many great times shared together.

I had the honour of being on committees over the years led by Trish.  She was a great role model and led with clarity, integrity and commitment.  She challenged others to look at best practices and focus on common goals in the service of others.  I will hold on to her strength, honesty and positive outlook. Our thoughts go out to Patricia's family and close friends.  She was a beautiful woman in every way.

I knew Trish professionally for some 15 plus yrs. as a supervisor at CAST.  For many years she worked on  "Hard to Service " youth. I remember at the time thinking how impressed I was about her bright and very organized mind to pull a plan together quickly. I also could feel that she really cared about the very complex youth we were trying to develop a plan for. She had this wonderful gift of seeing an issue quickly, praising you when appropiate and also letting you know when enough had been said.  I will always remember her wonderful smile and twinkle in her eye.  When I hear she was retiring I thought what a huge hole that was going  to be left behind  I couldn;t think of anyone 
 who was going to fill it and what a loss to the children's sector.   
The pictures were wonderful and especially the one's with her dogs, I knew there was another reason I like her. I was so sorry when I learned how ill she was and her passing.

She had high level of responsibilities in terms of delivering services to the most vulnerable kids. Great personality and dedication to the work made her unique in the workplace. She was an amazing person. I will miss her.
