Passed away suddenly on February 20th, 2016 in Toronto, Ontario. Predeceased by Parents Hubert and Cora, and Brothers Kevin and Chris. Survived by Eric (Jane), Pam (Gary), Noblea (Howard), and Michelle (Gilbert). Patricia will be deeply missed by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends including Jay, Eden, Mary and Angie. Patricia lived a righteous life and believed strongly in her faith. A Visitation will be held at GIFFEN-MACK FUNERAL HOME (2570 Danforth Ave. Toronto, Ontario) on Friday, February 26th, 2016 from 10:00 pm – 1:00 pm. A Funeral Service will be held in the Giffen-Mack Chapel on Friday, February 26th, 2016 at 1:00 pm. Cremation to follow.
