Peacefully passed away on January 30, 2011 at the Scarborough General Hospital. Loving father of Elsa (Raymond Tam) and May (Francis Lee). Dear father-in-law of Ann. Devoted grandfather of Marco, Sylvia (Felix Wong) and Alan. Cherished great-grandfather of Vanessa, Benjamin and Viani. Treasured godfather of Mona. Pre-deceased by his wife, Siu Fong, and his eldest son, Paul. Pak will be sadly missed by his family and friends.
Friends may visit the Jerrett Funeral Home, 6191 Yonge Street (2 lights south of Steeles, on the east side) on Wednesday, February 2, 2011 from 9 to 10am. A funeral service will commence at 10am in the funeral home chapel. Cremation at the Forest Lawn Crematorium to follow.
