Mrs. Olga "Ollie" Young

On Sunday, November 29, 2015 at Humber River Hospital, Toronto in her 98th year, mom passed away peacefully. She was the beloved wife of Frank Young and the adored and loving mother of Gail McKeegan and Ralph Kosowan.

Loving and kind step-mother to Gary, Sandra (Bill) and Shirley (Grant). She will be lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Kristin, Nikki (Mark), Lesley (Serge) and all her other grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Beloved and cherished by nieces Trish Witiw and Alana Murphy. Lovingly cared for and missed by “the best caregiver in the world”, Josie Garcia.

She will be dearly missed and never forgotten by her family and friends.

As an expression of sympathy, anyone wishing to honour Ollie may make a donation to the Toronto Humane Society or the Ontario SPCA.

Cremation has taken place. The Catholic Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, December 5, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. at the Rosar-Morrison Funeral Home & Chapel, 467 Sherbourne St. Toronto, Ont. (South of Wellesley St.) A private gathering will follow the funeral. Burial of mom’s ashes will take place at a later date at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Woodstock, Ontario.
