Nina Carozza

Nina Carozza was born on May 30, 1942, in Palena, Chieti, Abruzzo, Italy and passed away on February 9, 2023, in Toronto, Ontario, Canada at the age of 80 years young.

Nina has been reunited with her parents, Camillo and Urania, in Heaven.

She will be dearly missed by her husband of 62 years, Emidio Carozza. Nina was the loving mother of Giuseppina (Tony), Tony (Adele), and Franco, cherished nonna to Gemma (Sandro), Eric, Lisa, and Mark (Kelly), and beloved bisnonna to Noah. She has been reunited with her late siblings Giacinto, Domenico, and her twin baby sister Antonietta. Nina will be dearly missed by her sister-in-laws Filomena and Fernanda. She will be forever remembered, loved, and missed by all of her nieces, nephews, relatives, family, and friends both near and far.

Family and friends may visit at the Jerrett Funeral Home, 1141 St. Clair Ave. W. (1 block east of Dufferin) on Tuesday, February 14th from 2:00pm-4:00pm and 6:00pm-9:00pm.

The Funeral Mass will be on Wednesday, February 15th, 2023, at St. Matthew Church, 706 Old Weston Rd, at 10:30am. PLEASE NOTE: On the morning of the Mass, we would ask that all friends go directly to the church allowing the family some private time prior to the service.

Entombment to follow at Westminster Cemetery, 5830 Bathurst St.

If desired, donations in Memory of Nina Carozza can be made to The Heart and Stroke Foundation or SickKids Hospital.
