Mary Theresa McLean

Mary was predeceased by her loving parents Simon Ambrose McLean and Ethal McLean of Toronto, Ontario, her beloved husband Derek Weatherall, her sister Roczine McLean, and brother Simon McLean.

Mary leaves behind her daughter Jennifer McLean, her sons Dale and Mark McLean, her stepchildren Sheri Weatherall (Joe) and Jennifer Weatherall (Steve), her grandkids Thomas, Ashton, Savannah, Kiera, Alexis, Adrianna, Carter, Monique, Aiden, and Sydney. Mary also leaves behind her sister Susan (Wade), her nieces Tina (Jorge), Lisa (Chad), Judy (Chuck), and Ashley, and her nephew Simon, as well as her many friends the Freemans, Anne De Silva, Lynda Paul, Jackie Adams, Karen Hardy, the Swoffer's, Tarrah, and Delaney.

Mary, or NeNe or Beautiful, as she was often called, was a devoted mother and wife. She was very loving and she adored her grandchildren. She was a very strong and hardworking woman, who would do anything for anyone. Mary was very accepting, and sometimes forgiving to a fault. She loved to play around, and give everyone their own unique nic name. She will be remembered for her amazing cooking and baking, and also for her love of the broom.

Mary was a truly beautiful soul with a heart of gold, and will be deeply missed.

A visitation for Mary will be held Wednesday, July 20, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Giffen-Mack and Trull Funeral Home, 2570 Danforth Ave, Toronto, ON M4C1L3, followed by a funeral service from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
