Mary Hall

With great sadness, we announce the passing of Mary on July 29, 2022. Beloved wife of 64 years to Bill. Proud mother to Linda (Merv) and Em (Brice).

Adoring grandmother to Rowan and Olivia. Sister to Edward Carr and the late Joan Sullivan (nee Carr).

Mary enjoyed the operatic society of her hometown in Aberdare, Wales, she performed in Showboat, The white horse inn to name a few and she really enjoyed the costumes. Mary also sang at The Royal Albert Hall London in 1977 with 1,000 Welsh voices and did theatre as a child.

Mary loved to bake, make jam, make wine and Beer with Bill as a hobby.

The family emigrated to Canada in the late 80s from the land of song and Mary picked back up her career as a successful sales clerk in Toronto in the clothing industry. She worked for Marks & Spencer, and then D’Allaird’s. In between busy work life, her and Bill loved to travel. She truly was a very special lady and will be missed by all.
